The parents of her are Harvey Welker who is Native American as well as Julie Welker who is African-American. Her mother is an agent and her father is a civil engineer. Walker was educated through The Germantown Friends School (Germantown Area) in Philadelphia, graduating in 1994. She then went on to Harvard College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker is since the age of 20 with John Hughes who is a famous marketing director at Merck Philadelphia. John and Sheila are parents to two children. They began to have an affair with one other. John is husband to her and four years older than she. The relationship was enjoying itself, so they decided to continue their relationship. They got married on March 4, 2017. Philadelphia Pennsylvania hosted their wedding.
