Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American actress comedy and host on television famous for her part as The Talk's daytime co-host. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and was raised In Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl was raised by an extremely difficult household. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her younger sister Frankie suffering from polio. Growing up, she had many problems with her mom. Sheryl says that at an incident, she was stabbed by her father over the head because she was having a relationship with her. Sheryl was drafted into the military upon her college graduation. The area of interest she was most interested in was comedy. She was the first female to make it to the finals in the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. In 1992, she began her TV debut as a regular on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. The show has also featured her as host of The Talk since 2011. She has played in fictional series including Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
