In March 2012 during a live FA Cup Quarter Final on ESPN UK Lowe guided two hours of television programming from a position near the field when Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba collapsed on the field due to the heart stopped. On that evening, Lowe was interviewed by every UK major media outlet. Lowe was the host of the FA Cup Final live for an entire six hours from Wembley Stadium in May 2012. She was the United Kingdom's first ever female to be a host. Lowe's career with ESPN UK began in 2007 when she joined Setanta Sports as a presenter, reporter and host of their unique coverage of Football Conference.
